The MTV Europe Music Awards take place on the 2nd of November in Copenhagen. This is one of the biggest and best productions in the music biz, and peops like Nelly Furtado, Justin Timberlake, Madonna, and the Red hot Chilli Peppers have all been nominated...( For full details click here) So watch out for that, but I appeal to all South Africans to get onto the MTV Europe site and vote for local band Freshlyground. This is the second South African act to crack the nod. Last year former Idol Zamajobe was nominated in the Best African Act category. I am hoping that this'll put FG at a level where they can compete internationally. Anyone who knows good music, knows that they deserve it. I am holding thumbs, and will be voting. Get to the site, it's awesome!

Its great that they have been nominated, i really hope they get it!!! Sure you will agree that there live performance at the Robbie concert in JHB was Fabulous!!!

It was indeed.. As you know I was in Cpae Town this weekend... At Royale, this place where you get kif cuisine burgers and the violinst from the band popped in. I really was tempted to chat to her, but then she disappeared. Well I hope they win as well. Once month and we shall see...
